  1.     Data Collection: 
    • Microsoft Office 365: Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0, and uLearn does not store login credentials.
    • Google Drive: Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0, and uLearn does not store login credentials. Only applicable to users who upload assignments directly from Google Drive.
    • Turnitin: Only assignment content is shared with Turnitin for plagiarism checks; personal data is not shared.
    • Other: Additionally, some courses use integrations with book publishers for course content such as Pearson and McGraw Hill. In these cases, personal data is not shared

    2.      File Handling: Files from Google Drive, Office 365, or directly uploaded to uLearn are securely stored, and only necessary academic content is retained.

    3.      Data Sharing: uLearn does not share personal data with third parties, except for integration with Google, Microsoft, or Turnitin, which is governed by their privacy policies.

    4.      Security: uLearn uses encryption for all interactions with third-party services to ensure the protection of student data.

    5.      User Rights: Students can access, modify, or delete their data, following applicable laws.
